At our practice, we are committed to building strong, trusting relationships with our clients, where they feel safe, accepted, challenged, and empowered to grow. We understand that people seek therapy during challenging times—whether they are struggling in a current relationship, navigating a life transition, or facing difficulties relating to a partner in a mentally healthy way. We believe that once we realize we have the power to choose our thoughts and actions, we also gain the ability to make choices that lead to the healthy, fulfilling relationships we desire.

Our team of experienced therapists works with adult clients seeking both individual and couples counseling. We specialize in a wide range of issues, including relationship concerns, sexual issues, depression, anxiety/panic disorders, anger management, mood and emotion regulation, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, ADHD/executive functioning, financial literacy, self-esteem, codependency, and self-harming behaviors.

Each of our therapists brings their own unique mix of experience and expertise, which allows us to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and we work collaboratively with each person to find the best path forward. Our goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting positive change, whether that’s in your personal life or your relationships.
